I’ve reset my QNAP with the little button on the back, no result. I’ve tried to reboot the QNAP through power-off, power-on, no result. My LAN status indicates activity as it flashes intermittently. My Status LED flashes red-green every 0.5 seconds. QNAP LED’s status are: (as indicated above) The QNAP is LAN connected, the same LAN as my MBPro. However, since then I don’t see my QNAP anymore, not in Finder, not through and not with QFinder Pro. I did re-install the MBPro OSX (latest Sierra) en recovered my hard-disk content from my external back-up disc (not my QNAP) with Time Machine. It has the latest firmware, it worked ok via and it was visible through Finder, under external devices until I had to reformat my MacBookPro (corrupt OSX).
